When you search a word " Earn money online ", "How to earn money online", "Good investment program" or anything related for money, chances are you already encountered the word "HYIP."
High Yield Invesment Program is a type of investment scam that promises unsustainably high profit of retun on investment by paying the previous investor with the money invested by the new investor. Not the actual profit from the company or organization money paid by subsequent investors. This type of sheme is known as Ponzi scheme.
HYIPs have incorporated in countries with lax fraud laws to secure immunity from investor laws in other countries. The operators have been known to host their website with a web host that offers "anonymous hosting". They will use this website to accept transactions from participants in the scheme. In order to attract potential victim they are creating an impression that the company is honest and done no wrong.
The good example of well planned scam was the e-gold that attracts investor a monthly guaranteed returms of 30%to 40%. E-gold used as an electronic currency aswell and trusted by most merchant and include them as one of the payment processor. It is a good scheme for the merchant because they think it is a win-win situation, since the withdrawal/transferring transaction fee is less , and a winner if the merchant recieved a payment through e-gold when the time of payment that the gold value is low. So as a merchant you will wait for the e-gold value to increase from 30 percent to 45 percent.
I have no idea or most of the member of e-gold is scam because the value of -egold rising and falling everyday will make you think it is the real mccoy and they based the e-gold value in the world trade value of gold. I used this as one of my payment processor in my forex trading and they got me $800 way back 2002 when I withdraw my forex earning and transfer to e-gold hoping that the e-gold value will rise. During that time for me the HYIP and obvious scam is the one who offers that double your investment and they use the e-gold as their payment processor aswell.
Also there is a lot of HYIP right now and which is obvious scam since some offer 120% of return per month or even worst per day. Don't take HYIP as a serious investment instead stay away from it.
