A Healthy love life

Some reader will get annoyed because from the previous post on my blog is about LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Well I guess I'm still love sick. Please give me this moment and this will be my last post for this month about love.. I promise.. :P  Beside my post is not just about love ...Nothing wrong with love, right?

Every People  express they'd would like to have a healthy love life, the big question is , "Are  you willing to work for it?"

First thing to do is to get physical.

Stop  Being green minded, it's not the physical contact and what I mean is other "literal word".

When most people would choose a twinkie over an apple, you'll have to be the one who has the wisdom and willpower to choose the apple. In a world increasingly addicted to internet and TV, you and your beloved will have to come up with the  strong willpower to go out on a nature walk or bicycle ride.

Why?

Because you can't have a healthy love life unless you treat your body with the kind of love and respect that we're discussing. We're not talking about a six-week diet, we're considering a life-long program of better nutrition. We are not advocating a three-month exercise program here to take off two inches from the waist; we're pushing for regular exercise every day of our lives!

A good way to kick-start is with some cardiovascular exercises. The Harvard School of Public Health reports that men who were physically inactive were 40 percent more likely to experience erectile dysfunction than men who exercised a half hour a day.

A foundation of correct nutrition and regular exercise is necessary before we can begin to think about a healthy love life.

Eat to live and love.

Most of us do not realize how foods affect our moods, feelings, energy level, and behavior.
When we get down in the dumps, we don't automatically say, "Gosh, I must not have been eating right."

On the other hand, when we're feeling on top of the world we don't stop to think, "I'd like to feel this good more often." We don't relate how we feel to what we've been eating, but foods, vitamins, and minerals can make all the difference in the world between a so-so love life and the kind of love life that makes you smile every time you think about it.

Many people who think they have sex problems are actually victims of poor nutrition. They don't have sex problems. They have food problems. And food problems can be solved.

  • Cut out or cut down on the use of alcohol, cigarettes, and coffee.
  • Avoid sugary foods and drinks and fried, fatty foods. Sugar interferes with the sex life and reduces its pleasure.
  • Cut back on milk and wheat products.
  • Substitute herbal teas for coffee and regular teas, juices for commercial soft drinks.
  • De-stress and relax. The physical effects of long-term stress include colds, ulcers, asthma, heart attack, stroke, and chronic fatigue--all ailments that can erode your health and your love life.

Couples can de-stress together at the end of the day in more romantic ways, such as enjoying a lathery bubble bath for two, complete with scented candles, and a mug of warm milk and honey. Or just watch a movie together. The goals are to spend quality time together and put you on the path to total relaxation. It all takes effort to improve your love life--there is no substitute for balanced foods, no shortcut to good health but if you work at it, you can achieve a healthy love life.

hysterectomy: Male with Female features.

An Indian  farmer, identified as Ryalu , ent into a hospital near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh with stomach pains. He left without a uterus. When Ryalu arrived, the doctors presumed it was a simple hernia and an easy fix. To be on the safe side, they performed exploratory surgery and discovered that the man did indeed have a hernia. And a uterus. And ovaries, fallopian tubes, a cervix, and some vaginal tissue.
Despite living a perfectly wonderful life as a male, with all the accouterments that comes with having a Y chromosome, Ryalu is medically considered a true hermaphrodite. All outward appearances, however, are male.
The doctors ended up repairing the hernia and performing a hysterectomy on the man. Despite the unfortunate discovery, Dr. Pramod Kumar Shrivastava, a surgeon at the Chhindwara district hospital said that the man is, for all intents and purposes, male in every way.
“The external reproductive organs of the patient were masculine and he has no problems whatsoever with his sexuality. He had functional male genitals and there was no formation of breasts in the patient. It’s an embryological accident at the time of embryonic formation,” he said.

via telegraph
Both the doctors and patient were stunned. In the end, it’s great party conversation.

Its time to Change: The Egg

There is nothing more certain in the world and in this life than CHANGE. No matter what people might think or what they might try to believe, everything is changing all the time, as we breathe in and out, as we eat and sleep and grow and go through our own spirals of unfoldment.

So here is a simple metaphor for change. It is called "The Egg" and I hope you enjoy it as much as reading my last post about cooking a perfect sunny side up egg.
I often have this feeling of stress and desperation because I am quite convinced nothing has changed.

I look around myself and all I see is what I always see.

Same house, same furniture, same pile of bills, same everything.

I work so hard and NOTHING is changing.

I thought that again about something the other day, and this large, beautiful golden egg came to my mind.

There it is, and it just sits there in its nest of straw.

It doesn't DO anything.

It doesn't change shape, it doesn't change colour.

It doesn't pulsate. It doesn't roll around.

You could look at it for DAYS AND DAYS and you'd come away thinking that it was just that and there was NOTHING GOING ON.

And yet, and if one was to extend one's feelers in a different way, one might become aware of the RIOT OF CHANGE that is taking place INSIDE the egg, a storm of re-organisation, feeding and growth, of total unfoldment as a bunch of random cells become a fish thing, which in turn becomes ever more defined and more complex, more organised in every way, more mature, more fantastic with every heartbeat, every breath that passes.

One day, and we know not when, the egg that lay so motionless for so very long and seemed to be nothing but an inert shape will begin to rock, and then it will crack, and the newly born dragon will emerge, spread its wings for the first time and take its first small steps.

Yes, there was change.

Even if we thought there wasn't.
