A trip to Cuyba ALMONICA

Thanks for blog auto post.. I'm still out for vacation and just want to post a quickly before my mobile phone ran out of battery.

As of this moment I'm busy showing the best hidden spot at Palawan from my Aunties, and the best is free.... lol... okay I'm a cheapskate.. the place is totally free for us and we didn't pay a dime since  the lucky owner of the cave is our friend.

As much as possible I want to show them more beauties but they get tired easily so we just visit beautiful spot one at a time....

First stop Cuyba Almonica... Cuyba is a bicolnon language ( a native language from Philippines) and Almonica is from the first two letter of each of the children of Manoy Pete..  It just recently discovered and devolop by Manoy Pete. Imagine he is unaware that the hectares of lot he bought didn't know that this exist, a thousands of years old cave that formed a stalagmites and stalactites..  The bizarre story of this unknown cave when the convicted murder escape and hide inside the cave... then later they develop it... Me and my friend discover it before Diego Gunsao (the convict who escaped) discover it. This cave is our mini sanctuary and we used to drink here with ginebra san miguel( a type a liquor that is affordable ) way back in 1995....

The image above is the entrance of the cave.. that clear background minus the religious altar is our sanctuary way when I was younger and minor... lol... and we never have the guts to explore the cave.. but I got amazed when I saw that this cave is quite big and long...taken from my cellphone.. digicam got low bat

After Manoy Pete develop.. err I mean clean the cave .... removing hundreds of snake, cobra.. Manoy Pete made the place as a sanctuary of the saints and a prayer room.. the place is solemn... here's my ateng posing with Virgin Mary.

This is my tita Agan.. trying to pose and honest my digicam got a low battery and ended up using my mobile phone for the entire trip to Cuyba... but still love the shoots... it still shows the beauty of the cave...

Okay it's unfair because they can stand proudly and as for myself most of the time I need to bend a little because I'm about to hit the stalactites... stalagmite and stalagtites grow 1 inch every 50 years.. wow imagine how many years to create this wonders...

You need to kneel or if you are a 6 foot you need to crawl if you want to explore more.. I tried to be funny because there is a bat cave here and spill some humor to my Aunts to go there to meet BATMAN and she said "LOKO LOKO KA" or " crazy" .. hahaha

Natural pond..  Manoy Pete said that this pond believe to be miraculous...
